Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind about your products, you are more than welcome to send them back for store credit or a refund. Please note refunds are not applicable for Clearance, Sale or Limited Stock items.

  • Store credit and refunds are applicable for up to 30 days after the order has been received.
  • All sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchanges.
  • Original shipping will not be refunded.
  • Shipping fees will not be reimbursed to send the items back to us.
  • If your returned items arrive to us damaged due to poor packaging (i.e. no bubble wrap), we will be unable to process your return and your items will be sent back to you.

Wrong item received

We sincerely apologize if you have received the wrong item ordered. Please email us on [email protected] so we can fix this asap!

Broken / Damaged or Faulty

If your item is broken / damaged or faulty upon arrival we sincerely apologize and we will do our very best to make it up to you!

We will give you the option to choose to have all of your money refunded including shipping cost or to choose to have another product shipped out asap.

Here is what we need you to do:

  • Please send us an email to [email protected] with a photo of your product and a short description on its condition. Please note. We need this email and photo within 30 days upon arrival.
  • If the photo is not adequate proof of the broken item / faulty or more we will need you to ship the product back to our store. This includes if you believe there is something wrong with the texture / scent or more within the product.

Here is what we will do:

  • As soon as we receive your email, we will email you back with the confirmation of approval.
  • If you need to send the product back for further inspection, we will reimburse you the shipping cost.
  • We will have a new item shipped out to you asap and email you an update with the tracking no.
  • We will also send you a reimbursement gift for your trouble with your product.
